General Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between customers and the seller through the web shop on the domain butkovic-oliveoil.com. The seller of the products is:

2. Products and Prices
All prices listed on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the customer will be charged the price that was displayed at the time of order confirmation. Product images are illustrative; however, we strive to ensure maximum accuracy in the representation of our olive oil.
3. Ordering and Payment
Purchases are made through the web shop interface. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation via email with the transaction details. Payment can be made using the following methods:
Bank Transfer (transaction account payment/internet banking).
Cash on Delivery (payment in cash upon receipt of the shipment).
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Croatia via contracted delivery services.
Shipping Costs: Borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated on the website (e.g., free shipping above a certain order amount).
Delivery Time: Usually 3 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is visible or the order is confirmed (for cash on delivery). In exceptional circumstances (holidays, islands), the delivery period may be extended.
5. Complaints and Right to Terminate the Agreement
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
Specificity of Food Products: Since olive oil is a product subject to spoilage and strict hygiene standards, a return is only possible if the original packaging (cap and seal) remains intact.
Procedure: The customer is obliged to notify the Seller of the termination of the agreement via email before the deadline expires. The cost of returning the goods in this case is borne by the customer.
Transport Damage: If the customer notices visible damage to the packaging upon pickup, they are obliged to immediately report it to the courier and refuse the shipment or contact the Seller.
6. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)
ISTRIA PARTNER is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We collect only the necessary data (first name, last name, address, email, phone) required for processing the order and delivering the products. Data is not shared with third parties, except with the delivery service solely for the purpose of package delivery.
